Grits & Grigio: A Southern Wine Dinner

We’re bringing the Lowcountry to your table with an evening of Southern flavors and wine pairings you won’t forget.
This multi-course dinner will be hosted by Chef Thomas, visiting from our Tampa club, and features heirloom grains from Marsh Hen Mill of Edisto Island. Each course is thoughtfully paired with crisp white wines that complement the Southern ingredients.
Enjoy a “plow to plate” experience that highlights the richness of Lowcountry cuisine, with insight from Farmer Greg, the owner of Marsh Hen Mill, who will share the story behind the grains.
